Our trip to Wheeler, Oregon

It was a little cloudy while we were in Wheeler but the view from our bedroom of the Nehalem Bay was very nice.  We had a great dinner at the Seafood Shack and walked around checking out all the shops.  I bought wood book marks that are really beautiful.

This is our bed.  We got a room with our private bathroom down the hall - European style.  The room was very nice and the view was great - a nice way to wake up.

This lovely secretary is in the hallway on the way to the music room equipped with an old phonograph and a piano that guests are encouraged to play.

I love these chairs.  So unique and you can use them all.

Every place you look you see lovely antiques - furniture and all the accessories, too.

There's a microwave and refrigerator for your use and they offer coffee, tea and such any time.  The silverware is antique as are the serving pieces.  I love all the lovely old tables and chairs.  And the view from this room was very nice.

Breakfast room furniture. This is the only furniture that was not antique.  This is a beautiful room and was very comfortable with lovely views of Nehalem Bay.  We had a great time in Wheeler and would recommend the Old Wheeler Hotel if you're looking for a nice hotel with lots of charm and great customer service.
